How to become an investor

Before making any investment, always consult the Fund’s Prospectus, available in the Documents area of each individual fund webpage.

The following steps apply in order to become an investor in any of our funds:

  • At S.A.I. STAR ASSET MANAGEMENT headquarters or at any of our distributors’ offices, by the prospective investor or a duly authorised representative:

    • The identity document is presented
    • Our representative fills-in the subscription form based on the information provided by you
    • Signing of the subscription form
    • Payment of the amount to be invested in the fund. Payment may be made in cash or by bank transfer and the number of fund units allocated is calculated on the date of the subscription account being credited.
    • Not later than the first working day following the allocation of fund units to you, S.A.I. STAR ASSET MANAGEMENT issues a hard copy of the Investor Certificate which will be made available to you following our notification. The Investor Certificate may be handed over to the investor at the S.A.I. STAR ASSET MANAGEMENT headquarters or at the distribution office where the subscription took place. Upon request, the Certificate may be sent to you by post, e-mail or fax.

  • By email, phone or fax:

    • Contact S.A.I. STAR ASSET MANAGEMENT by telephone or email
    • Send the scanned identity document by email or fax for processing of your personal details
    • A representative fills-in the subscription form based on the information you provided
    • The completed subscription form will be sent to you in the agreed manner – by email or fax
    • The signed subscription form is presented in original by you or your duly authorised representative, at S.A.I. STAR ASSET MANAGEMENT headquarters.
    • Payment of the amount to be invested in the fund. Payment will be made by bank transfer and the number of fund units allocated is calculated on the date of the subscription account being credited.
    • Not later than the first working day following the allocation of fund units to you, S.A.I. STAR ASSET MANAGEMENT issues a hard copy of the Investor Certificate which will be made available to you following our notification. The Investor Certificate may be handed over to the investor at the S.A.I. STAR ASSET MANAGEMENT headquarters or, upon request, sent to you by post, e-mail or fax.
